Rotary Vane Pump Build

High level engineering of a rotary vane pump for viscous fluids, operating at 1,000 rpm and 5 bar. Project involved CAD (Onshape), tolerance analysis, sweat fit design, food safe material selection, bearing lifetime calculations & material lifetime analysis, DFM & assembly, food grade finishes and component drawings using GD&T.
